  • Development of a Company’s Safety and Health Management System (green-field site) based on risk assessment outcomes (ensuring legislative and other compliance is demonstrated throughout system).


  • Analysis of worldwide Operational WHS / OHS / HSEQ Improvement Plans for a major organisation and reporting on the analysis to the Chief Operating Officer.


  • Audit services, including recommendations for improvement in accordance with a major Organisation’s Corporate Assurance Program.


  • Project managing site preparation for audits (including pre-audits, audit evidence preparation and remediation activities).


  • Gap analysis of existing WHS / OHS / HSEQ management systems against Australian and New Zealand legislation including recommendations for improvement to align with both minimum requirements and industry ‘best practice’.


  • Development of Legal Compliance Registers including International, Federal and State Legislation.


  • Identification of Critical Controls for Fatality and Multiple Fatality Risks through various risk assessment mechanisms (e.g. Bow-Tie, WRAC) and development of Critical Control Checklists for ongoing monitoring of the identified Critical Controls.


  • Gap analysis of site WHS / OH&S / HSEQ Management systems against relevant legislation, industry-leading practice and corporate governance requirements.


  • Development of Corporate Management System Standards and implementation Guidance Material for sites.


  • Design, development and review of WHS / OH&S / Sustainable Development / HSEQ Management Systems (from entire system through to individual aspects of the system) for mine sites (predominantly in NSW and Queensland) and other industries (e.g. Energy, Retail, Health Services, Manufacturing).


  • Manage a key Contract Company’s WHS compliance including pre-qualification audit, contractor expectation and KPI setting, contractor quarterly performance meeting facilitation, auditing of systems and periodically reviewing on-site compliance.


  • Recruitment assistance for a green-field site including shortlisting of applicants, development of interview guides and schedules and interviewing.


  • Development of Position Descriptions for an entire workforce (Operations Manager – Worker).


  • Evaluation of effectiveness and resourcing of specific Departments within an Organisation.
